At Pexoris, we collect only the essential business parameters needed to compile and estimate your custom web application projects. This includes:

• Contact Details: Your name, business email address, and optional WhatsApp contact number.
• Company Profile: Fictional or real company names and estimated project budget parameters.
• Project Scope: Description of database fields, layout objectives, and custom functional modules you provide.

2. SQLite & Database Safety

We believe in absolute data isolation. When we deliver a custom CRM or bespoke web tool:

• Your production database runs on a localized SQLite file-based engine. We do not host your clinical, workshop, or real estate databases on shared cloud databases.
• All customer databases are fully portable. You own the SQLite file and can back up, export, or delete it from your local web hosting environment at any time.
• Administrative portals use secure hashing models (`PASSWORD_DEFAULT`) to guard login authentication.

3. How We Use Information

Your captured lead parameters are used strictly to coordinate project estimates and compile roadmaps. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your email addresses or phone numbers to third-party marketing databases. Communication is handled directly on a developer-to-client basis via secure email or direct WhatsApp chats.

4. Hosting & Server Locations

Pexoris apps are compiled to run on standard PHP/Apache environments (XAMPP local setups, GoDaddy, Hostinger, Bluehost, etc.). Your data stays strictly on the hosting server you choose. We have zero access to your database unless you explicitly invite us to coordinate backend updates or support pipelines.
